The General Secretariat of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award announced the winners of the `` Instagram '' competition for the month of September 2019, which was the theme of 'young lenses', which is intended for young people between 11 to 17 years, where it won the 'Selection of the Public' award The Boogie.

The September edition of the competition witnessed the presence of three distinguished Gulf talents in the list of winners. 14-year-old and Mohammed Arviansya (17) from Indonesia.

The winners will receive a medal for the award, and their photos and names will be published on the official HIPAae Instagram account. The September contest saw the use of the #HIPAContest_YouthLens tag.
