American actor Robert Forster dies

Actor Robert Forster passed away at the age of 78 at his home in Los Angeles. The cause of death was brain cancer. For more than 50 years of his career, he has played more than 170 roles. He could be seen in TV shows like Breaking Bad, Desperate Housewives, and Twin Peaks, as well as in feature films The Lucky Number of Slevin and Mulholland Drive. Special attention in his filmography deserves a role in Quentin Tarantino's "Jackie Brown", for which he received an Oscar nomination.
