Connected waters off Senkaku Four ships of the China Coast Guard sailed on October 9 at 11:13
According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, off the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, four ships of the Chinese Coast Guard are navigating the connecting waters just outside the Japanese territorial waters.
As of 9:00 am on the 9th, two of the four vessels sailed approximately 36 to 39 kilometers west of Taisho Island in the Senkaku Islands, and the other two sailed approximately 32 to 37 kilometers south-southwest of Uo Fishing Island. As a result, the Coast Guard Headquarters continues to warn and monitor the territorial waters.
