The Techno Parade version 2019 is held Saturday, September 28 in the streets of Paris. And it will have a special hue this year, since festival goers will pay tribute to Steve Maia Caniço. The 24-year-old had disappeared in the night of 21 to 22 June, during the Music Festival of Nantes, following a controversial police intervention. He had been found drowned in the Loire, five weeks later.

"The head procession will be dedicated to him," says Tommy Vaudecrane, president of Technopol, the organizing association of the Techno Parade, at the micro Europe 1. "We want to pass a number of messages, and dance in his memory. Young man was there to party, so it's the best way to honor him. "

A tribute to Philippe Zdar

A speech, written by the association, will close the event, followed by the broadcast of the title "I <3 you so" of the Cassius group.
