It is always said that kindness and kindness do not make a manager, and that only intensity is the solution to running things. This is a classic view of management, and it justifies that employees should respect the manager and not be intimate with him and forget his powers.

A Harvard study proves that managers who show kindness before trying to prove themselves at work are more influential than those who use the heavy style no matter how skillful they are. The reason is trust, the employee trusts more in the gentle manager.

Here are the types of managers from my experience and experiences I have heard from others:

Reprimand and support: There is a kind of managers who do not hesitate to rebuke you and criticize in front of people and do not stop questioning your experiences, but behind the external hardness lies an inner softness. This type takes responsibility and protects you if you make mistakes and will not let anyone grasp the top of the administrative pyramid, and eager to your reputation. You won't get any praise from him but your experience will be productive.

Push and rescue: This type of manager will push you into the water to sink, and when he sees you in a deplorable state will appear in the form of a savior and get you out. In other words, it will cost you arduous tasks and leave you alone struggling, and when you see you drowned and stuck you cannot finish the task will intervene to correct your mistakes, and guide you to the right path. The goal is that he wants you to learn from real experiences instead of giving instructions and administrative sermons on you.

The end result is that you will find yourself stronger, smarter and wiser. This kind encourages you to think outside the box and welcomes any new way of doing things.

Commissioning and staying in the shadows: This type is cautious and prefers to work properly from the first time. It assigns you tasks and gives you a high degree of autonomy. It encourages you to make decisions yourself and get work done in your own way, but it stays in the shadows watching you and intervenes only when you ask him for help. The work is always credited to you as a modest teacher and encourages positive discussion with him.

Education then education: This type is very patient and invests in you a lot and is keen to teach you things to work in the smallest details until you master perfectly. They like to be experts, and have a great passion in their field. They love debates and conflicting opinions but they are extremely humble and kind. In Social Media they have a lot of followers.

First-time education: These are modest but not good teachers. Watch because they will teach you once and expect you to be smart, and ask them the right questions. Muasher's gentlemen are respectful, but they don't improve the distribution of tasks. You must have confidence in proving that you are able to learn from them, are experts in their field, and constantly update their information. Their only problem is that they are less open to any new methods of work.

A good manager does not do better than his staff, but is the one who teaches them how to do their job better than him. Anyone can be a manager, but real skill requires that a person be able to inspire others.
