September 22, six years after the final release of the legendary Fort Boyard show, the premiere of the updated Fort Boyard. Return". Actors, singers, athletes again went to France for "gold" - coins, boyards. The new TV show host has become musician Sergei Shnurov.
According to the conditions of the show, in order to take possession of the treasures of the castle, it is necessary to go through a string of difficult tests. During them, the heroes get the keys and clues necessary for victory.
Participants need to show strength, agility and endurance, often - ingenuity. To complete many tasks, you need to overcome your own fears: rise to a great height, put your hand in a container teeming with insects, rodents or snakes, dive under water or remain in complete darkness.
Time for passing any test is limited. Sometimes a team has to sacrifice one of its members.
New heroes
The TV presenter and singer Olga Buzova, choreographer Yevgeny Papunaishvilli, actress Ekaterina Kuznetsova, cook Alexander Belkovich and stylist Alexander Rogov came to conquer the fort in the first issue of the new season under the leadership of Sergei Shnurov.
The first test he had prepared was the room of fear. The star of the series "Kitchen" Ekaterina Kuznetsova went there. In complete darkness, terrible clowns rushed at her. The actress was frightened of their appearance, but by the third race in the trailer self-control returned to her. Then the artist did not get the most pleasant task: to remove the clues to the safe with the key from live scorpions.
In search of clues, Kuznetsova also had to overcome the fears of the supernatural in the “damned” room, where cabinets and candlesticks pounced on her.
The culinary test was intended for the whole team. The participants of the show had to taste the delicacy from the cook Willy, a national Swedish dish - pickled herring.
Olga Buzova could not escape the test with a phone booth filled with flies. There she listened to the riddle of the old Fura, and at that time giant cockroaches rained down from the ceiling of the booth.
Buzova later participated in the bell ringing test, swaying at a great height above the castle courtyard. She was able to complete this task.
“The haters' dream came true - someone crucified Buzova,” Sergey Shnurov commented on the situation.
The artist successfully overcame another phobia at the prompting stage in the room with snakes, to the bodies of which two parts of the code were attached.
Alexander Rogov went to the "Air Walk". Dealing with the fear of heights, he reached the key, but did not have time to return at the allotted time and became a prisoner of Mr. Boo.
Alexander Belkovich set off on the Big Escape: he had to leave his cell in 2.5 minutes, so as not to become the next victim of a jailer. Eugene Papunaishvilli (as Shnurov found out - a lieutenant of the reserve) got to Gagarin's training: he had to do arithmetic in a rotating centrifuge.
He took part in an intellectual competition in the Shadow Hall to earn the last key. Papunaishvilli volunteered. He and the master needed to remember and repeat the sequence of colored lights. The inhabitant of the fort was mistaken first and lost.
Alexander Rogov was released from prison, demonstrating an almost unmistakable sense of time.

To benefit the team, Alexander Rogov launched himself from a catapult over the ocean - and also successfully completed the task.
Having guessed the program keyword with three tips, the team earned 697,830 rubles. The money will be transferred to the Konstantin Khabensky Foundation, which helps children with brain diseases.
Fort: recent history
The French show Fort Boyard will turn 30 next year. The program appeared on Russian television in 1998: at first, the translated original show was broadcast on NTV, but soon its own version was removed. Then the castle was called in accordance with the French pronunciation variant - Bayard. The first season, in which the leading NTV guessed the secrets of the castle, lasted only three issues.
The continuation of the show took up the channel "Russia" in 2002. At first, the presenters were Sergey Brilev (Vesti) and gymnast Yana Batyrshina, but a year later they were replaced by Oksana Fedorova and Leonid Yarmolnik. The latter thoroughly prepared for filming.

The program survived three seasons, a little later they finished another one, which was distinguished by a two-command format. Here Yarmolnik became co-leading Yelena Korikova and Ekaterina Konovalova.

The sixth season was broadcast already on Channel One in 2013. In this version of the show, two-time boxing world champion Nikolai Valuev and actress Anna Ardova led.
