A large apple pie with a diameter of 2 meters was baked in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, Japan's largest apple production area, and surprised visitors.

Every year in Hirosaki city, before apple harvesting is in full swing, a large apple pie is baked to promote special apples.

In the venue, Hirosaki City Apple Park, 13 people, including volunteers, started working on apple pie from 8:00 am on the 22nd.

After laying 400 apples that had been harvested in the city last year and soaked in syrup on a 2-meter-diameter puff pastry, it was baked in a large custom-made oven.

Occasionally, I opened the oven and waited for about 2 hours while checking the baking.

People who were invited by the sweet scent were taking pictures while being surprised by the big apple pie.

The apple pie was cut into 720 pieces, and a large number of people who made long lines and bought it looked delicious.

A 6-year-old boy who visited with his family said, “I was surprised to see a big apple pie.
