An Indonesian baby drinks three cups of sugar-sweetened coffee, about 1.5 liters a day.

According to the British Daily Mail, the 14-month-old's parents are so poor that they could not afford milk and gave them cheap coffee.

Replacing milk with coffee saves the baby's 20,000 rupees, or just $ 1.42 a day, barely covering their living expenses.

Khadija has never suffered any serious medical conditions and appears to be growing at a normal rate, according to local media reports.

But the parents admit that the child suffers from sleep disturbance and sometimes remains awake all night manipulating herself.

The baby Khadija is demanding caffeine daily, and now used to drink a drink, which contains a high proportion of caffeine, and even ask to breastfeed several times a day.
