Mr. and Mrs. Akishinomiya's second daughter, Yoshiko, who made the first official visit to a foreign country, met with the president in Hungary, the second country visited.

Yoshiko entered Hungary, celebrating the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Japan, and visited the Presidential Office in the capital of Budapest on the afternoon of the 20th local time.

Yoshiko, who has a long-sleeved kimono with a flower pattern, shook hands with President Ardel and his wife, who were greeted, and was told that it was “very beautiful” when asked about the scenery of Budapest.
