Heritage Days are appreciated and acclaimed by the French every year. But this year worry is growing as to the smooth running of the event. The concerns are about security because Saturday, several events must take place. Europe 1 conducted the survey.

Retreats, yellow vests, climate, calls for events are not lacking for this Saturday. Sibeth Ndiaye explains: "The same day, there are several calls for events on the climate, on pensions, and naturally, in view of the tensions that have existed during previous events, all measures are taken to ensure the security of these places where many French people will come to discover the jewels of our architectural heritage ".

There will be adjustments therefore, until closing monuments. This is revealed by the survey conducted by Europe 1. The Ministry of Education will be closed in particular, it may open exceptionally for some groups of students, as the Ministry of Agriculture.

Every institution or monument makes the decision to open or not

Every institution and every monument is evaluating the situation and the decision to close or not belongs to each institution. Some monuments have already taken the lead: the Elysée will be open but the inscriptions are already complete. This is the first time that the Elysée claims registration for visits. Same story on the side of the National Assembly and for the ministries of the Interior and the Armies.

The Grand Lodge of France, it will be closed. As for the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais, which are usually located on the yellow vests demonstration route, the outdoor events are canceled but the visits inside are maintained.

Finally, monuments such as the hotel de Noirmoutier, rue de Grenelle or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Museum of Freemasonry will be closed on Saturday and will reopen Sunday.
