Sticky climate protests against fashion

At this year's fashion week in London, you can expect a certain Greta Thunberg effect. The shows have been surrounded by protest actions.

Some climate activists have objected to the fashion industry's impact on the environment by literally sticking themselves to the entrance to a building where the screenings take place. Others have poured fake blood on themselves and created a red carpet of blood.

Members of an animal rights organization smeared oil-like slime consisting of charcoal and syrup to protest against the use of animal skins used in the fashion industry.

Creative, tacky - and effective, as the actions have received some media attention in the UK.
