Dubai Airports has launched the new free Taxi DXB service available at Concourse B (Terminal 3) from Dubai International Airport.
The new service, which was launched to facilitate the journey of customers inside the buildings of Dubai International Airport, is now available through a fleet of 15 seats vehicles where customers can order from specific points in the areas of arrivals and departures in the concourse B or simply point them when you see them.
Although these vehicles, which carry passengers directly to their gates or to one of the many restaurants or shops where Dubai International Airport is packed, are available for use by everyone, but priority will be given to those who have difficulty walking or who are accompanied by many young children.
Issa Al Shamsi, Executive Vice President of Operations, Dubai Airports, said the introduction of Taxi DXB is a direct response to the needs of our customers who find vehicle service very useful in terms of reducing walking and reaching their target. In the past we have run similar services but this service is completely free for our customers and has been very popular in the testing phase.
