Twitter says that people under the age of 13 are forbidden to use, and as a result of entering their birthday, they were misunderstood that they were children in 2010 when they opened their account.
The company explained the circumstances to Twitter's management and asked for the restoration, and it was able to use it normally around 6:30 pm on the 17th.
