Christopher Clanton , the actor who plays Savino Bratton in the series produced by HBO The Wire , is in search and capture by the police in Baltimore , USA , as the same body has indicated through its social networks.
Clanton was arrested last September 12 for violating a restraining order and was taken to the hospital for a check-up before being placed in prison. On Friday, he escaped from the medical center and court records show that he has three criminal cases pending .
His whereabouts are unknown at the moment and the Baltimore Police have asked all citizens for collaboration to find him and a description of Clanton, indicating that the " escaped prisoner " often frequents the Harford Road.
The well-known series directed by David Simon portrayed the political, police and media corruption, crime and marginality of this port city of Maryland .
Clanton, 33, began acting from age 12 in the HBO miniseries The Corner , where he played a street boy.
