Housing fire Can't get in touch with women in their 90s Tochigi Shioyamachi September 15 15:27
On the morning of the 15th, there was a fire in Shioya Town, Tochigi Prefecture, and I was unable to contact a woman in her 90s who lived in this house.
At around 9:40 am on the 15th, when a fire was coming out of the house of Kumiko Kaneko in Shioya-machi, Tochigi Prefecture, a person living nearby reported to the fire department. The fire was almost extinguished after about an hour, but one wooden two-story house was burnt.
According to the police, Kaneko is living with four people, and after the fire, she was unable to contact a woman in her 90s. Kaneko is also getting burned in her arm and being treated at the hospital.
The police are looking for the whereabouts of the woman and investigating the cause of the fire.
