13th is the mid-autumn moon. An annual “Kanetsu-kai” in Takamatsu City, Kuribayashi Park, began on the 12th.
Every year, Kuribayashi Park invites people who have been selected by lottery before and after the mid-autumn month to invite them to the park after the closing time to see the moon.
The first “Kangetsu-kai” held on the night of the 12th was attended by 30 people from both inside and outside the prefecture. , I enjoyed a lunch box cooked at a local long-established restaurant at "Saigetsutei".
Participants then boarded five Japanese boats and made a round of ponds in the park for 15 minutes.
“Kanetsukai” in Ritsurin Park will be held until the 14th.
