Earlier, Dima Bilan apologized to the residents of Samara for speaking at a concert in the city while intoxicated. He expressed a desire to hold a second free speech and apologize to citizens personally.
Dmitry Bushuev, concert director of Bilan, in an interview with Nation News also commented on reports of the artist’s allegedly inappropriate behavior in Samara.
