September 10, musician Zhena Belousov would have turned 55 years old. He sang in the restaurants of Kursk, was the guitarist and vocalist of the "Integral" band Bari Alibasova, and later gained all-Union popularity as the performer of the hit "My Blue-Eyed Girl". Belousov’s stage image was associated with the legend: many thought that the singer was several years younger than the real age, and the songwriters Lyubov Voropaeva and Viktor Dorokhin are his parents. Belousov collaborated with various producers, including Igor Matvienko and Yuri Aizenshpis. The artist died at 32 years old after having suffered a stroke.
