HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, witnessed the conclusion of the first round of the INTERPOL Young Police Leaders Program, the first of its kind in the world, organized by the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Investigation in collaboration with the Young Leaders Council of Dubai Police. With the participation of police agencies from 27 countries, with the aim of qualifying young leaders and discussing a range of issues related to policing and international cooperation in addressing transnational crime.

The four-day program included several sessions and workshops in which a number of INTERPOL leaders from various participating countries discussed the current and future challenges of international police cooperation, as well as the global challenges faced by security institutions in order to come up with effective and innovative solutions to address these challenges. To discuss transnational crime and countries and modern technologies, the most important of which are artificial intelligence, and employ them in the field of police work to raise the level of efficiency in dealing with crime. And others revolved around leadership and innovation.

The closing ceremony was attended by Secretary General of the Executive Council of Dubai Abdullah Mohammed Al Basti, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director of the General Investigation and Criminal Investigation Department at Dubai Police Brigadier General Jamal Al Jallaf, a group of military leaders from participating countries and a number of police leaders in the country.

Brigadier Jamal Al-Jallaf said that the visit of His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai to the conclusion of the first session of the Global Program for Young Police Leaders of INTERPOL reflects His Highness's keenness to support young leaders in all fields, including the security and police sector, and provide all aspects of support to them, and is a great incentive for police leaders. The young woman has to do more and organize advanced quality programs in line with the latest global police systems. He pointed out that Dubai Police is seeking to exploit all the possibilities available to prepare young police leaders in cooperation with the Criminal Police Organization Interpol through unique educational experiences and curricula designed according to the highest academic standards.

He explained that the program aims at enhancing youth awareness of the importance of international police cooperation, reviewing the best international experiences, practices and expertise, foreseeing the future of policing and making recommendations that support the promotion of cultural diversity at the leadership level. He pointed out the importance of the UAE hosting the first security program of its kind to bring together young people from all over the world, which contributed to give young people the opportunity to communicate and work together with experts and international trainers through workshops, in addition to creating an effective network of talented young leaders to achieve benefit Shared, and fostered values ​​that will develop security work at the state level.
