As a musician, he became known after participating in the television program Opopoppa in 1973 where he performed his own song Here I Stand Like Another Doll.

The debut album Eldsjäl came in 1981 and was followed up in 1983 by the children's musical album Apple melodies and scams. He later also released the albums Moonbeams 1987 and Captain Black Bill 1994.

As a journalist, he worked, among other things, as cultural director and social reporter at the Östgöta Correspondent. He also worked as a teacher.
