The JR Utsunomiya Line had been put off driving on the upper and lower lines between Tokyo and Utsunomiya due to a personal injury, but resumed driving at around 7:13 pm.
As a result, the JR Shonan Shinjuku Line also had to stop driving on the upper and lower lines between Shinjuku and Utsunomiya, but resumed driving at around 7:13 pm.
