A month after their wedding, guitarist Tom Kaulitz gave his wife, German model Heidi Klum, a part of the Berlin Wall.
Klum, 46, posted on Instagram a video showing a crane laying a colored part of the fence in the garden. "Today I got a special gift from my husband ... a part of the Berlin Wall, which has divided the city for 28 years," Klum wrote.
Klum said her husband was born in the eastern part of Berlin four weeks before the fall of the fence, adding that he enjoyed the opportunity to live freedom, happiness, creativity, art and hope. "Every morning I will look at this beautiful piece in my garden," she wrote. "I know the walls don't need to be built. They have to fall."
Klum organized her wedding on the 30-year-old Kaulitz on August 3 by luxury boat off Capri.
