The book "Health for children", by the author Stefan Whilde, addresses children and their parents with claims that it is wrong to plaster broken bones, to take medicine when ill or to vaccinate children against diseases such as measles and rubella.

The book has been severely criticized in social media, including by pediatricians, and was first noticed in a chronicle in the newspaper ETC. In the end, Adlibris chose to withdraw the book, and even Bokus stopped it "pending evaluation".

- Like all private players, we choose what we want to sell. In this case, it's not about censorship. We follow the recommendations of the WHO and the Public Health Authority. We have chosen not to sell books that are directly dangerous to people, such as vaccine-critical books aimed at children, says Elias Vieglins, press officer at Adlibris, to Aftonbladet.
