You represent a significant percentage in education, higher education, employment and economic participation. Initiatives

ADNOC is undertaking several initiatives to encourage and enhance women's participation in various aspects of the oil and gas sector, including the amendment of human resources policies and the provision of facilities to work in technical positions, as well as the provision of specialized training programs to ensure professional development.
