When there was a law of permanent interinity for the second decade of the second millennium, there were skeptics who were scandalized. They always do it. Then there was the flags, nationalities, concerted schools, surrogacy, treatment of immigrants, euthanasia ... and other basically irreducible issues, rather than just ideological ones.

But, nevertheless, the relevant thing was the lack of communication, the impossibility of ordering an executive with guarantees to remain in his place. In the days of a president named Rajoy, of the former, the Government arrived within 10 months of a paralysis as persistent as it avoids discouragement. Sanchez, his successor in office - of the seconds -, far from being uncomfortable, worked stubbornly to do the same thing that basically consisted of doing nothing. When the latter was seen before the imponderable govern and assemble a council of ministers he did everything in his power as long as it happened as little as possible.
