Nobody is bitter about sweet and this tiramisu is one of the best options to reward yourself with a delicious dessert this summer.

INGREDIENTS

250 g strawberries

110 g of sugar

10 g of lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

1 egg

1 egg yolk

6 teaspoons matcha green tea powder

250 g mascarpone cheese

PREPARATION

1. Put 200 g of strawberries, 30 g of sugar, lemon juice and salt in the glass. Cut 2 sec / vel 4 and program 10 min // vel. Pour into a bowl. Rinse the glass.

2. Place the butterfly on the blades. Put in the glass the egg, the yolk and 80 g of sugar and beat 4 min / vel 3.

3. Add 3 teaspoons of matcha tea and mascarpone and mix 20 sec / vel 3. Remove the butterfly. Finish mixing with the spatula, pour into a bowl and set aside.

4. Mix in a bowl 2 teaspoons matcha tea with warm coconut water and liquor. Soak 12 biscuits, just enough to get wet without breaking. Place them at the bottom of a fountain (approx. 20x14 cm). Cover this first layer with half of the mascarpone cream, then distribute the macerated strawberries. Cover with the remaining 12 soaked biscuits and spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture on top. Cover with transparent film and reserve in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.

5. With the help of a fine mesh strainer, sprinkle the surface with 1 teaspoon of matcha tea powder and decorate with strawberries. Serve in portions.
