With gifts, gifts and popular cartoon characters, the UAE Support Society for Cancer Patients has added joy to children living in Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, as part of the «Eid in Your Happiness» initiative.
The visit included 48 children in the hospital departments, with the participation of cartoon characters loved the young, in addition to a range of entertainment events.
The UAE support delegation included the Chairman of the Association, Dr. Salem Mohammed Bin Rakad Al Ameri, and the members: Suhail Nakhira Al Afari, Khawla Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Salama Mubarak Al Mansouri, Ferial Al Ali, Adwa Hamad Al Hajri, Maitha Mohammed Al Kaabi and a number of volunteers.
Dr. Salem Bin Rakad Al Ameri said: “The association organized in cooperation with Tawam Hospital an entertainment day for the sick children, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, to convey the joy of the holidays to them.”
He pointed out that the initiative aims to provide Eidia for children, and that their presence in the hospital does not hinder the completion of their joy by the way.
He added that «such visits reflect the great keenness of the Association to interact with different members of society, and at various events».
