The Association of Emergency Physicians of France (Amuf) on Friday asked for an increase in the care allowance and the payment "systematic" of another premium "multi-site activity" in order to "stop the leak" of practitioners to the world. interim, better paid.
This demand comes in the context of a national emergency services strike: from Paris in mid-March, the movement now affects 217 hospitals according to the group of caregivers Inter-Emergency. The mobilization has already pushed the Minister of Health, Agnès Buzyn, to revalue the risk premium of nurses and aides, passed to 100 euros net in July, in response to their degraded working conditions (understaffing, aggression ... ).
Amuf ready to use the strike
But for doctors too, "the situation has become catastrophic today," said Amuf in a statement, adding that "many colleagues resign to go into the private sector (...) or reduce their working time to escape the infernal rhythm of work ".
In order to "stop the escape of the emergency services of the public hospital", the association proposes two "immediate measures" to "align" their remunerations "on the average amount in acting". On the one hand, the passage "from about 265 euros to about 480 euros" of the allowance for guards performed overtime. On the other hand, "the systematic granting" of the premium of "a little over 400 euros" currently paid to hospital practitioners practicing in several institutions.
