A 39-year-old man in Saitama Prefecture was arrested for stealing a generator from a truck bed that was kept in a material storage area in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the relationship, assuming that about 60 other items such as tools were stolen and sold.
Arrested by Akihiko Ogawa (39), unemployed in Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture, was arrested.
