JR Utsunomiya Line Tokyo-Utsunomiya Stop driving due to personal injury August 7 at 18:19
The JR Utsunomiya Line has forgotten driving from around 6pm on the upper and lower lines between Tokyo and Utsunomiya due to the effects of personal injury. According to JR East, resumption of driving is expected around 7:10 pm.
