The benefit of apples lies in the diversity of bacteria that carry them to the human intestine, where one apple contains about 100 million bacteria, according to a recent US study published by Health.

Studies have shown information about gastrointestinal bacteria, known as microbial, and are found among different humans, where they are closely related to public health and various diseases.

Having a wide range of bacteria is a sign of good health, and those in the apple's crust can be a useful boost. Check out the bacteria in the apple, bought from the store, and the fresh organic apples.

"A typical apple (240 grams) contains about 100 million bacteria." It is believed that about 90 million of these bacteria are found in seeds, which means that 10 million of these bacteria are found in the seeds. Only bacteria present in one apple.

The study found that organic apples contained different types of bacteria, suggesting that they were healthier, and organic elements contained higher amounts of specific groups of bacteria known to be healthy for humans, such as probiotic Lactobacilli.

Previous studies have said that microbial intestine is linked to the health of vital organs, including the heart and brain. Eating a wide range of foods, including many fruits and vegetables, is thought to be the best way to increase the diversity of bacteria, fungi and other microbes in the intestines.
