"He's the last of the Mohicans, he's a gladiator ... His stage time is the most important moment of the day and everything else is built around it." When it comes to talking about Iggy Pop, one of his many artists, producer Alain Lahana is full of praise. Guest of Music! live from Les Vieilles Charrues on Saturday evening on Europe 1, he illustrated these qualifiers with an incredible anecdote.

"But stop, it's the singer!"
"It was our first Plow experience," recalls Alain Lahana, while Iggy Pop has played a total of five times in Carhaix, including the last one this year. Before the concert, as every time, the rocker had respected "24 hours of fasting", and performed "a series of relaxation".
But once on stage, the "72 year old teenager", as described by his producer, jumps into the audience. "It was the time when the security was provided by volunteers, they saw that guy with long blonde hair, who was gesticulating in the gates, they girded him, and I said to them," But stop, this is the singer! "says Alain Lahan.
"Three pirouettes and a dislocation of the shoulder"
"We went back on stage, he did three pirouettes and he had a dislocation of the shoulder, with the bone that came out and everything," says the producer. "He went to the side of the stage and his son gave him the shoulder ..."
Alain Lahana then warns the staff to call Samu, persuaded that the singer will come out of the stage "screaming". But it is not so. "I'm going to see him, I'm saying 'how are you doing?' He's smoking a cigarette, he's saying 'yeah, it's ok' ('yes, that's fine', ed)". And the singer adds, still in English: "Do you think I was going to leave the stage and leave 55,000 people in the plan?" What to finish convincing his producer: "It's really a warrior".
