Maybe, unfortunately, and maybe, fortunately, but I have not watched a single film with the participation of Vladimir Zelensky. True, I came across a frame where the future president of Ukraine was captured in Napoleon's cocked hat. And either the film prophecy came true, or the headdress possessed magical powers, but Vladimir Zelensky became the commander-in-chief of one of the largest armies in Europe. A few months ago it was impossible to believe such an outcome, but Vladimir was born to make a fairy tale true and prove to the world that KVN is truly a unique forge of personnel.

Imagine a smoothly sliding limousine-cabriolet, in which Vladimir rides, saluting the regiments and battalions. No not like this. In Ukraine, the parade is taken somewhat differently, preferring to save on limousines and on gasoline. Imagine standing on a high tribune of Zelensky, who salutes the military with his signature hoarseness. After all, that boy who in childhood did not dream of becoming a general is bad. And Vladimir became not just a general, but a commander-in-chief. And children's dreams immediately reflected in the first steps of Zelensky at such an important post.

There is still time before the inauguration, and Ivan Aparshin’s advisor on security and defense issues, Vladimir Aparshin, has already published a new military doctrine. Let's break it down into virtual shelves and conduct a brief analysis.

"We will provide unified leadership of the defense forces in accordance with the principles and standards adopted by the NATO member states."

Pana leaders, your obsession with joining NATO and the European Union is clearly taking on painful forms. But this step will not speed up your joining the North Atlantic alliance. About the European Union and not talking.

Read about yesterday’s speech by French President Macron, who said that it’s time to exclude several countries from the Schengen zone. And you still have not received.

And here is the sound point of the doctrine: "The position of the Chief of the General Staff will be separated from the position of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces." Otherwise, any exercises will lead to consequences, hitherto unknown to the history of military staff games. Because Zelensky didn’t serve and could be embarrassed without noticing the difference between an infantry fighting vehicle and a tank.

No sooner had the spark of common sense flashed, as the authors of the doctrine once again carried in wide steppes of fantasy: "To confront an adversary who outnumbers and materially will be a professional, voluntary and motivated army, mutually compatible with the armies of the NATO countries."

And what makes you think that we will be the opponents? I'm talking about the number of troops. With such a conduct of business, it is possible that you will find yourself in a state of war with Hungary or Romania. Regarding the "professional" I will not argue, but where is the confidence in the voluntary?

After the thieves' frills Poroshenko, Svinarchuk and the like, the desire to voluntarily go to fight for their profits has beaten off many. And what kind of motivation are we talking about if the percentage of desertion and suicide is so large?

Well, about interoperability with the armies of NATO countries ... Firstly, the army is not a plumbing installation, and secondly, are NATO countries aware that their armies need to become mutually compatible with the army of Ukraine?

And again, “we only dream of peace”: “We will not give the enemy a single meter of our territory. We will create a modern system of planning and managing defense financial and material resources, based not on the minimum necessary defense requirements, as is done today, but on regulatory requirements, as is done in the leading armies of the world. ”

And what enemy was going to conquer your territories? Pans doctrinalists, well, you can not make a medical history from a serious military document. You constantly see something. And this is not a good sign. I really want to believe about the system of managing financial and material resources, but I'm afraid this is impracticable. Especially in a country where the national idea is to steal as much as possible.

The thesis "no one will earn on the army" generally shocked. And what will live hard workers vpahivayuschie on the military-industrial complex, owned by the Poroshenko family? And how can you not make money on the army in general? I am solely about honest earnings. Or are the developers of the doctrine not familiar with the laws of economics, and emotions have prevailed over reason?

Then everything is in the same spirit: "The enemy will not pass!", "We will not let them steal!" - and other Maidanno-financial heroics. Pans, and maybe it was worth to approach a more balanced preparation of paper? Or is Buryat tanks near the borders again? I want to believe that the tension will subside - and you, having taken hold of yourself, will understand that the enemies are not where they seem to you.
