After his breakup with Karahan member Kuhara, he threatened through sex video (revenge porn) that his former boyfriend, Choi, had filed for arrest warrants on charges of intimidation, injury and coercion.

However, Mr. Choi's arrest warrant, which the police requested, was reportedly not accused of violating the sexual violence punishment law.

Seoul Gangnam Police Station said on July 22, "We filed a warrant for arrest warrants on charges of intimidation, injury and coercion on July 19, and the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office filed a warrant to the court today."

Choi broke up after suffering a struggle in both houses at his home in Kuhara, Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, last month. Since then, Choi has sent a private video that he had taken together at the time of his companion to the KakaoTalk message, and Koohara has accused Choi of violating the Act on Forced Punishment, Intimidation and Sexual Abuse.

As the contents of this case became known to the public, it was argued that the two cases of assault were expanded to suspicion of 'reproach video intimidation'.

However, it was reported that the suspects were not accused of violating the sexual violence punishment law. Police said, "As a result of the investigation, it was decided that there was no circumstance where Choi Jong-beom circulated the video outside."

Kuhara said, "I made a threat in my private life by using the fact that Mr. Choi is a celebrity and a woman." Choi strongly insisted, "I sent Kuhara a memoir to keep her videos, but she did not intend to spread them." .

The police judged that the assault on Choi Sukuhara exceeded the simple assault and was a criminal offense. It was also reported that the actions such as sending a video or kneeling were sufficient to constitute the constitutional elements of intimidation and coercion.

Mr. Choi's arrest was not yet scheduled for questioning. However, it is observed that it will be held in the Seoul Central District Court on July 24 as soon as possible.
