Several low pressure areas bring in the coming days changeable winter weather. At temperatures around freezing, snow or rain gathers from the northwest on Friday afternoon. This was announced by the German Weather Service (DWD). Smoothness on the streets at night, temperatures drop to two to minus ten degrees.

On Saturday it's snowing heavily, especially in the east and southeast, otherwise it'll rain and it can also get slippery when the rain falls on frozen ground. At zero to eight degrees it gets a bit warmer on the Lower Rhine. But wind picks up in the mountains, storm gusts are possible.

Also on Sunday it gets uncomfortable: From dense clouds fall again and again showers. The snowfall limit sinks to lower altitudes. At the same time, it is still a bit warmer, it will be two degrees on Rügen and ten degrees on the Upper Rhine. The wind blows strong to stormy from the southwest.

Also for the coming week is according to DWD no improvement in sight. The weather should be unstable.
