In the case of a killed and immured couple from Schnaittach in Franconia, the public prosecutor Nuremberg-Fürth has charged with murdering the son and his wife.

The authorities said they were trying to poison the man's 66-year-old mother. When this failed, the son had killed in mid-December 2017, his mother lying in bed with a hammer. Then the man should also have killed his 70-year-old father. In the house lived both the parents and his son and his wife.

In the days following the crime, the 26-year-old and his 22-year-old wife are said to have immured their parents' corpses in an adjoining room in the garage and renovated the scene in order to clear the trail. At the end of December, the two reported their parents missing with the police; One day later, they got married. On Facebook and via a regional TV station, they launched a search call.

In the course of the investigation, the 26-year-old had become more and more involved in contradictions. The police also found no evidence of how the parents should be away. When the investigators finally examined the property of the family, they found in the garage layed allegedly conceded the alleged luggage - and the dead. The accused have been in custody since January.
