The city of Annecy (Haute-Savoie) banned Monday traffic to cars with a vignette Crit'Air 4 and 5, due to a peak of pollution to ozone.

After Lyon or Isère, the city of Annecy on Monday introduced differentiated traffic because of high concentrations of ozone, a pollution observed in a large part of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, in red alert, due in particular to a hot episode.

Only vehicles with a vignette Crit'Air 0, 1, 2 or 3 can ride and park in municipal parking in the restricted traffic area of Annecy, said the town hall of this high-rise tourism in Upper Normandy. Savoie.

A "clean air pass" of 1 euro is set up all day long on the urban transport network of the agglomeration.

In Lyon, reduced rate on public transport

Similarly in Isère, only vehicles with a certificate of air quality are allowed to circulate since 5 am on Monday, as in Lyon and Villeurbanne, with the exception of some axes.

Reduced speed of 20 km / h

In Savoie, for the Grand Chambéry and the city of Chambéry where the alert threshold is level 1, an air quality tariff is also set up on the public transport network and the reduction of speed of less than 20 km / h in town is mandatory.

If the red alert was to be triggered, areas of differentiated traffic will be put in place and the Crit'Air thumbnails required, says the city.
