Most of the visits or missions are recreational for officials and their associates. Often, no person assigned to an outside trip is required to commit or even write a report on the most important ideas and proposals he deems appropriate for the application. Exaggerated numbers of those close to the official and his friends in the region without having a real role in that task!
On an external visit, the members of a delegation were about fifty people! It really happened. Is it conceivable that they are all important? Does the cost of travel, accommodation and allowances for this number of persons have a real impact on the State? Have we really benefited as a community from this trip or the like ?!
