No one succeeded

I thought that the issue of Emiratisation and job search was a problem for the few and there was some exaggeration in it. However, the messages I received made me certain that it is a problem that many citizens suffer.

The private sector may be an option. However, the issue is not easy. No settlement can be imposed except for the banking sector, which is manipulated by the subcontractors. The process of resettlement is no more than a sham. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation provides incentives to companies. It was not guaranteed to impose a proportion of Emiratisation or to limit certain functions, such as human and other resources, to citizens only.

I am amazed at all the surprise of the foreign domination of a certain section as if it were the legacy of his father, but even more strange that this employee becomes the final order, which does not respond any word, and of course this happens thanks to the powers of the citizen official who does not trust only foreigners.

In one area, a foreign official was promoted twice in just two months. He is an accountant, not a nuclear scientist or a ballistic missile engineer, but it is clear that there is a "n" in the subject, even if we look to discover that the head is flying with sorrow and oppression. Marginalization and grievance without benefit, the result is either patience on what the Lord started or escape from this job.

This is not true of foreigners, and the calamity is that I have heard of foreigners who have been appointed as consultants, although their career experience has not exceeded 10 years.

An official asked me a while ago about any suggestions. I replied, "With respect to you, you are responsible, and if you did not understand me, I would not have assumed this position." Professionals, citizens and unemployed people have made dozens of proposals that can be taken. The annual job fairs are only one way of reviewing the participants, while all the evidence confirms that often no one has succeeded.
