The District Court Halle has issued after the fatal explosion of a ticket machine arrest warrant against two suspects. This was announced by the public prosecutor of the city in Saxony-Anhalt.
A 15-year-old from Halle and a 20-year-old from Köthen, which is about 30 kilometers away, was accused of causing explosives explosions, prosecutor Klaus Wiechmann said. The two men were arrested on Sunday.
The investigators assume that these two and also the killed 19-year-old were involved in a demolition of the machine to get cash. The young man had succumbed to his severe injuries following the explosion at a hospital S-Bahn station.
In addition, according to police, it is checked whether the trio has to deal with a series of similar crimes. In October, a further six ticket and one ATM were blown up in Halle. The police set up an investigation team.
