The victim was with a teammate aboard the "Momo" , a ten-meter sailboat from Arcachon to Royan, which capsized while the sea was "dismantled" , according to the same source.

Her disappearance was reported Thursday night to the rescue at sea by the second person, a refugee inside the boat. The body of the deceased boater was found on the surface.

The teammate and one of the volunteers of SNSM (National Society for rescue at sea), came to rescue her, were wounded and hospitalized in Bordeaux.
