Conservative society in most cases differs from liberal mental health. Here, of course, it is necessary to take into account the degree of radicalism of both - as we know from popular political science, the political spectrum is similar to a horseshoe, the extreme points of which converge in the place where machine guns are distributed. But if you omit this extreme point and take an average statistical condition, then in a society affected by liberalism, an atmosphere of fear and intransigence reigns. Being aware of the paradox of this thesis (with the fact that I myself, I confess, quite a liberal), I have to explain it with examples.

And for examples, do not go far. You can, of course, recall the medieval witch-hunt in Europe or the history of Salem in New England. But any opponent will immediately tell me: “I found, too, the centers of liberalism.” Indeed, these processes took place in societies far from liberalism. But, first of all, it was from these societies that liberalism eventually grew. And secondly, having been born from these societies, liberalism inherited this genetically (in a sociological sense, of course) predetermined mental ill-health. After all, neither the residents of Salem, nor those who had handed over the inquisition of the witches in any Paderborn, then could never explain the nature of what was happening.

Everyone did it - and I did. And do not, please, compare this with what was happening in our country, where the terror was unleashed by the state and almost all the human meanness that was created during this terror was caused by the fear of a repressive machine. And the residents of Salem were not afraid of repressive cars. They were afraid of each other. And because they themselves have become repressive machine.

The process that can be characterized by the short phrase #MeToo is largely determined by the same nature. When Asia Argento, knowing her own background perfectly, accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual abuse, she didn’t do that because she suffered a lot from a long memory. No, she did it for fear. Fear that others confess, but she does not. And if everyone confesses, and you are not, then this causes suspicion. And, God forbid, they will begin to dig and get to the bottom of the background. All mass campaigns - that McCarthyism, that now this is #MeToo - become mass precisely because of the fear that, being outside the campaign, you will automatically become an outcast.

And to become an outcast in a liberal society is a far more severe punishment than to become an outcast in a conservative society, where you can live in a remote province near the sea. No, becoming an outcast in a liberal society, you can not have anything.

Meanwhile, if you scrape each of the mass campaigns, a gaping, cold emptiness will open inside. Los Angeles Prosecutors have never been able to indict Kevin Spacey and Steven Seagal. Stand-up comedian Sarah Silverman, friend of comedian Louis C. Kay, accused of masturbating in front of colleagues, said it was even funny. And she had nothing against it. And the other women who had accused Louis C. Kay used to say that sexual violence was a surprise: they thought that the comedian’s offer to masturbate in front of them was a joke. Do you understand? He first ASKED THEIR PERMISSIONS AT THEM! And they AGREED!

Now here's a new thing - the Harvey Weinstein case - is falling apart. It turns out that one of the girls who accused the producer of harassment, during interrogation, admitted that everything happened by mutual consent. And the investigator - attention! - advised the girl to hide from the court this uncomfortable moment. As a result, the scandal erupted, the prosecution rejected the item, and today there are only ... two defendants on the prosecution side. TWO! But the number of accusing Weinstein reached hundreds.

What are the results of all this trouble? Harvey Weinstein destroyed.

Even if the prosecution falls apart completely and the court cannot pass a verdict, there is no longer any Weinstein in world cinema. Kevin Spacey's career is ruined. One of the most sought after American actors is no longer removed. The most popular TV series “House of Cards” has been almost discontinued. Do you think its creators wanted to close the show? Not. But if they hadn’t closed (the current last season, in which Kevin Spacey isn’t in effect, is no longer actually considered), then the creators themselves would have to close all this #MeToo.

The comedian Louis C. Kay, who, as it turned out, did not touch anyone at all and did not violate any laws, was forced to interrupt his career for a long time. Thank God, the public has not forgotten him, and he gradually returns to the halls. And as evidence of the mental health of our conservative society, I will give an example of a failed campaign against deputy Slutsky.

When a healthy part of society, without blaming any of the parties (as opposed to the liberal part of society, which immediately sided with it), clearly said: “There is no evidence, no accusations.”

And the evidence, about the existence of which the accused spoke more than once or twice, was never presented.

However, if you think that the #MeToo campaign is gradually fading away and in the coming months we may be bored, then I will calm you down. If society has no order with mental health, then we will have plenty of fun with you. A woman named Julianne Berg sued singer Billy Idol. She claims that in October 2016, Idol invited her to a meeting and a concert in Las Vegas. And Juliana hoped to stay in his room after the concert. But Billy Idol ... left.

Now Julian Berg is demanding that Billy Idol refund the cost of a trip to Las Vegas and compensate for moral suffering. Only ten thousand dollars.

Well, we wish success. And we are looking forward to the # MeToo-2 campaign from women who did not get what they wanted.
