Since this weekend, many testimonies of teachers, verbally or physically abused, testify to the absence of reactions from their hierarchy. The messages flock to social networks with the hashtag #pasdevague.

#Pasdevague is the hashtag that rises in recent hours on social networks and especially on Twitter. After the violent images of a student threatening his teacher with a dummy weapon in Créteil last Thursday, the teachers are angry and let it know. Through their messages, they want to show the lack of reactions of their hierarchy to the violence they suffer.

The hashtag is in the top of trends on Twitter. Since Sunday, more than 20,000 tweets have been identified according to Visibrain.

#PasDeVague Titularization in a college "who fears". A student threatens me physically while I put a word in the notebook.
After a sick leave, the inspection summons me. "You have to shield yourself a little miss, it's worse, go back to work."
I resigned.

The year of my internship, a colleague was slapped by a 3rd year student towards the end of the year. Nothing happened: "we are not going to get a 3rd in commission at this time, it leaves the establishment in a few weeks." # PasdeVague

In my old chest, a recurring response from my main sequel to reports of student incivility: "But what did you do to annoy him too?" #PasDeVague

I was spit on and threatened to "cast me out". Punishment: none. I make a complaint. CDE: "good I asked 3 days of exclusion, but you are in the repressive, not in the educational ..." #pasdevague

Jenny Lartaud, 28, French teacher in a college in Alsace, is one of the teachers who shared her experience on Twitter. "We experience regular verbal aggression, but we have to continue teaching," she told AFP. She says she was "tested" two years ago by her grade four, for six months. "I offered them, for an hour of class, to tell me what was not going well, according to them," she says. "I should not have: they let go and I heard the worst ignominy . "

We are all as jaded as this teacher.
2 years ago, I was literally harassed by a whole class of 4th: "if we do not follow you in the ranks, it's because you're too small, we do not see you!" 1/2

She writes a report to her superiors: "the principal assistant summoned me, I was not alone, but despite letters to parents, despite some exclusions, the students continued" . According to her, many teachers prefer to do "as if all was well, not to say that they are bad teachers" .
