White House Vice President of Communications Bill Shine has received millions of dollars from the parent company of Fox News Channel as compensation. Further million payments are planned, according to a new report revealing the sender's finances.

Friday's report shows that Shine received $ 8.4 million of 21st Century Fox compensation after leaving office in May. He will also receive $ 7 million in bonus and option payments for the two years in 2018 and 2019. The agreement expires on May 1, 2019.

Shine has been working for the Trump administration since the beginning of this year. He was forced to resign from his post as Co-President of Fox News after well-known presenter Bill O'Reilly and Fox News founder Roger Ailes had to vacate their posts on allegations of sexual harassment.

Shine was considered a confidant of Ailes. He himself was not accused of sexual assault. However, it is said to have known about the attacks for years without doing anything.

Former presenter Gretchen Carlson accused Ailes of having sexually harassed her for years in a lawsuit. Several colleagues joined the lawsuit. O'Reilly and Fox News are also said to have paid $ 13 million, about 12.2 million euros, to five women who had accused the star commentator harassment.

It's not the only scandal on Fox News. Several employees have filed lawsuits against the broadcaster for racial discrimination. Fox News vehemently denies the allegations.
