The report is based on the definition of "women under selection" to describe women who are not currently part of the labor market. They have either not worked or worked in the past for a certain period and have either already decided or are still in the process of choosing whether to engage in the market Work or not. Eighty per cent of the participants in the study expressed their desire to work, but the working language may take many forms and forms for them in line with their aspirations and family circumstances.

The study found a number of results, including that with the development of societal and cultural thinking regarding roles women can and should play in order to contribute more effectively to society and on a larger scale, and to consider women in leadership positions with high esteem and respect, Senna, who works with working mothers or other female employees who have been role models for them, are increasingly looking forward to working outside the home, under the right circumstances. Emirati women appreciate their service to the nation and society, and want to benefit from their education and entrepreneurial spirit in order to achieve their own destiny.

More than 80% of women "selected" have children. Although her status as a wife and mother represents the most important priority, she also wants a successful career. Flexible work options, including part-time work, short hours of work and small business opportunities, are a necessity for her to balance her work and her family life.

According to the report, 90% of the "women in the selection" have secondary and higher education, and 47% have a bachelor's degree or higher, but still seek to continue their education.

The reasons for "women in choice" include women's leaving the labor market, inappropriate hours of work, daily routines and the balance between life and work. This study provides a platform for studying and overcoming these challenges by stimulating initiatives that provide additional options for attracting and retaining unemployed women to the labor market.
