"They are driving me crazy" : Jawad Bendaoud, on appeal for housing jihadists of the attacks of November 13, 2015, exploded with anger on Friday afternoon in full audience, while he was questioned by general counsel.

From the beginning of the hearing, the exchanges were very lively between the defendant, tried before the Court of Appeal of Paris, and the representative of the public prosecutor, Naima Rudloff. "You are doing everything I can to crack and you want me to be Buddha at the bar," he said, as she chained down the questions.

" I am not a liar "

He exploded with anger in the middle of the afternoon and had to be out of the room by gendarmes. He typed on the desk at the bar. "I'm not a liar," he shouted. " Speak softly ! " , Said a member of the public who was expelled from the room by order of the president.

"That I am condemned or innocent, my life is fucked," said the defendant, who appeared free since November 21 after being released in first instance in February. "They are driving me mad," shouted Jawad Bendaoud, surrounded by gendarmes.

Jawad Bendaoud is tried for "concealment of terrorist criminals" . He keeps repeating that he did not know he was harboring jihadists of 13-November, and in particular, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, one of the brains alleged attacks that have left 130 dead in Paris and Saint-Denis.

"I am a thug"

Naima Rudloff attacked her interrogation by questioning her about her family, and then about her relationship to religion. "What does jihad mean? She asked. "The real jihad is not that of November 13 , " replied the defendant.

She explained that the prison administration had never found an "external sign of radicalization" at Jawad Bendaoud but was quick to talk about three of his associates in prison, men radicalized. The general counsel asked him about his six-day detention after his arrest on November 18, 2015. He had not admitted that he was involved in drug trafficking, not wanting to "swing" his partner. .
