What began in 2008 as "Iron Man" will end this Wednesday with "Avengers: Endgame": the biggest and most successful film series ever. "Endgame" will be the 22nd film in the so-called Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the film universe around the six original avengers Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, Hawkeye, Thor and just Iron Man.
