Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks at the Great Hall of the People with Congolese President Tshisekedi who is on a state visit to China. The two heads of state announced that the strategic partnership of win-win cooperation between the two countries will be upgraded to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
The successful experience of Chinese-style modernization shows that developing countries have the right and ability to explore a modernization path that suits their national conditions. China is willing to strengthen coordination and cooperation with the Democratic Republic of the Congo in multilateral affairs.
