The German Air Force will come to India for the first time for a joint exercise with its Spanish and French colleagues. The “Tarang Shakti Phase 1” exercise will take place from August 6th to 14th.
Germany and Europe have great interest in cooperating more closely with the world's most populous democracy. The relationship between the People's Republic and neighboring India is tense due, among other things, to border disputes. Germany is also interested in a potential billion-dollar submarine deal with India.
