France is committed to providing up to "three billion euros" additional military aid to kyiv. French President Emmanuel Macron and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky signed a bilateral security agreement in Paris on Friday evening.

The agreement is supposed to guarantee long-term civil and military support for Ukraine, in the midst of war with Russia. In this text, France undertakes to provide “up to 3 billion euros” of “additional’ military aid in 2024.
